Coaching & Mentorship

  • The Coaching & Mentoring model are embedded in all instruction
  • Mentor/mentee relationship will be built during and after the program
  • Coach/Coachee relationship will be built during the and after the program
  • Coach/Mentor training will be provided before the execution of our Programs
  • Peer mentoring instruction will be provided during the Alumni Program

Rites of Passage Program

  • Assists scholars with social-, communal-, cultural-, and self-development
  • Experiential activities involving mental, physical, and emotional trials and challenges.
  • Closing Ceremony marking passage into young manhood

Admission Criteria and Checklist

Participants are selected on a competitive case by case basis. A qualified application includes the following components:

  • Completed and submitted online application by May 1, 2021
  • 2.7 GPA preferred
  • Recent high school transcript
  • 1 Page Essay (One of the following topics)
